Brokerage
Collector car brokerage, conducted quietly. We represent buyers and sellers of significant cars, and we handle the transaction so that neither party is exposed.
Acquisition
When you are after a particular car, we look on your behalf, through the private network rather than the open market. We inspect each candidate, verify its history, and tell you plainly what condition it is in before your name is ever attached to an offer.
Sale and representation
Selling a collector car well comes down to reaching the few people who should own it. We represent the car discreetly, qualify the interest, and carry the negotiation, so a sale happens without a public listing or an auction paddle.
Secure brokerage
For higher-value transactions we offer secure brokerage: independent inspection, escrow of funds, a check that the title is clean, and accompanied transport. The car and the money move only once both sides are protected.
Our fee
We work for a brokerage fee of 7% of the sale price. It is the same whether we are finding you a car or selling one for you, and we agree it in writing before any work begins.
Disclosure
Cheval Noir Motorsports works as a broker and consultant. We are not a licensed automobile dealer, and the brokerage we provide is not dealer consignment in the traditional sense. We do not handle sales reporting, title transfers, or registration, and we are not responsible for any fees or taxes that arise from a transaction. Those obligations stay with the buying and selling parties. Our role is limited to facilitating the introduction and advising the parties, and we do not take on liability within the transaction itself.
