GSWF makes more than clear film. We are certified on, and fit, all of it.

  • Defender clear PPF

    GSWF's clear paint protection film, in gloss to keep the factory look or satin and matte to change it. A self-healing top coat levels light marks with heat from the sun or warm water.

  • Infused Color PPF

    Color-change film that is paint protection film, not vinyl. More than 50 GSWF colors in gloss and satin, thicker than a wrap and made to take the same stone chips clear film does. GSWF warrants it for up to 10 years.

  • Smoke light film

    Tinted protection film for headlights and taillights, in 30, 50 and 70 percent shades. It gives the lights a smoked look and takes chips and scratches the lens would otherwise.

What GSWF certification means for your car

  • Trained by GSWF

    GSWF certification is training on how GSWF film is prepared for and installed: decontaminating the panel, positioning, wrapping edges and leaving no lift lines or trapped dust. Most film failures are installation failures, and that is what the training addresses.

  • The whole range, under one roof

    Clear film, color film, smoked light film, windshield film and tint all come from one manufacturer and are fitted by one installer, so a car can be protected, changed in color and tinted in a single visit.

  • Warranty on GSWF's terms

    GSWF film carries GSWF's own warranty against film defects, on GSWF's terms: up to 10 years on Infused Color PPF. Terms differ between films, so we name the exact terms for the film on your car in writing with your quote.

  • Paint prepared first

    Film holds whatever is beneath it for years. Paint is inspected under lights and decontaminated before any film goes on, and anything that needs polishing is quoted alongside, after depth readings.

Yes. Cheval Noir Motorsports is GSWF Certified and fits the full GSWF range. We are also an XPEL certified installer, so the film is chosen for the car rather than because it is the only one we stock.

All of them: Defender clear PPF in gloss, satin and matte, Infused Color PPF, Smoke headlight and taillight film, ImpacVue windshield film and Night Shade ceramic window tint.

Clear film is priced by coverage: Front Clip $2,750 gloss · $3,300 satin, Track Pack $3,900 gloss · $4,680 satin, Full Body $7,500 gloss · $9,000 satin, Windshield Protection Film $450. Color PPF, smoked light film and window tint are quoted for the car, because the price depends on the color, the coverage and the glass. Any correction the paint needs first is quoted after inspection.

For protection, yes. Vinyl is thin and mostly decorative: it changes the color but does little against a stone. GSWF Infused Color PPF is a thicker protection film with the color built in, so it changes the look and protects the paint at the same time. It costs more than vinyl for that reason, and GSWF warrants it for up to 10 years.

GSWF warrants Infused Color PPF for up to 10 years against film defects, on GSWF’s terms. The length depends on the film, and terms can include registration and care requirements, so we give you the exact terms for your color in writing with your quote.

Both make self-healing clear film, and we are certified on both. XPEL is the established name in clear film. GSWF covers more ground in one range, with color PPF, smoked light film and ceramic tint alongside clear film. We recommend one against the car, the finish and how it is used.
